By using the TipsKing mobile application and web services ("Service"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. You cannot use the service without accepting these terms. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Service Description

TipsKing is a platform that provides entertainment and informational football match predictions and analysis. Our service offers users daily predictions, winning predictions, and announcements. TipsKing only shows predictions and does not provide betting or gambling services. Predictions are solely for informational purposes.

2. Application Purpose and Entertainment Nature

TipsKing is solely for entertainment purposes. Predictions provided in our application are only for entertainment and informational purposes. TipsKing does not contain any financial, legal, or professional advice. Predictions do not guarantee certain outcomes, and users are solely responsible for decisions based on predictions. TipsKing is not liable for any damages based on predictions.

3. Account Creation and Security

3.1. Account Requirements

• You must be 13 years of age or older
• You must use a valid email address or social media account
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information

3.2. Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must immediately report any suspicious activity

4. User Obligations

When using the Service, you must comply with the following:

• Act in accordance with laws and regulations
• Respect other users
• Not share spam, harmful content, or misleading information
• Not misuse the service or threaten system security
• Not infringe copyright or intellectual property rights

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1. Premium Subscription

Premium subscription provides access to additional features and content. Subscription fees are stated in advance and processed through RevenueCat.

5.2. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period
• Refund policies are subject to App Store and Google Play Store rules

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The TipsKing application, content, and trademarks are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use the content without permission.

7. Predictions and Disclaimer

7.1. Nature of Predictions

Predictions provided on TipsKing are forecasts based on analysis and statistics. These predictions are solely for entertainment purposes and do not guarantee certain outcomes. Predictions only bind us and do not bind users. Predictions contain no guarantees and must be used at users' own responsibility.

7.2. Disclaimer

TipsKing accepts no liability under any circumstances. We are completely exempt from the following:

• Accuracy of predictions is not guaranteed
• Users are solely responsible for decisions based on predictions
• TipsKing is not liable in any way for losses, damages, or consequences based on predictions
• The service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties
• Complete exemption from direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages
• Disclaimer of liability for data loss, loss of profits, loss of business, etc.
• Users are solely responsible for financial decisions based on predictions

8. Service Scope and Limitations

TipsKing is a platform that only shows predictions. Please note the following important points:

• TipsKing does not provide betting or gambling services or facilitate such activities
• Predictions are solely for informational and entertainment purposes
• TipsKing has no connection or partnership with any betting platform
• Users must use predictions at their own responsibility
• Users must comply with local gambling/betting laws themselves (if they use predictions for other purposes)

9. Service Changes and Interruptions

TipsKing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

10. Account Termination

If you violate these Terms of Service, your account may be suspended or terminated without notice.

11. General Limitation of Liability

TipsKing cannot be held liable under any circumstances. We are completely exempt from the following:

• Disclaimer of liability for service interruptions, data loss, system errors
• Disclaimer of liability for issues arising from third-party services
• Disclaimer of liability for technical problems, maintenance work, or security breaches
• Complete exemption from any damages arising from users' use of the service

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these links.

13. Changes

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by international laws. Disputes are primarily resolved under the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of any dispute, resolution is first sought through negotiation; if this is not possible, Turkish courts have jurisdiction.
